2016 has been an eventful year here at Property Moose.
Because we have grown so quickly, we wanted to take the time to reflect upon the last 365 days. Our achievements would not have been possible without the support of our members, and for that we are incredibly grateful.
The past year saw new product launches, a Secondary Market, website updates, and new hires. The list goes on.
At the heart of it all was our mission to democratise the property market. Everything we do attempts to lower the barriers to homeownership. Traditionally, property investment has been somewhat exclusive, but we’re trying to change that. We’re creating opportunities that are driven by social change. Our members are at the forefront of our growth, and we hope to continue the journey throughout 2017 and for many years to come.
We ended the year with:
- Over £7 million invested in property
- Over 19,000 members across 50 countries
Some of our achievements included:
- The launch of what we believe to be the first crowdfunded private equity opportunity in the UK.
- A secondary market that allows you to buy and sell shares in real time.
- An upgraded method to projecting property valuations
- An updated website with brand new features - like the explorer option on your dashboard!
- A new buy-to-sell product
- Our first loan-note product, which funded in just a few days and gave our members access to a wider range of products and investment opportunities.
Our team of experts also expanded as we welcomed a new copywriter, a new property team assistant and a new head of finance.
