So that investing in property with us is as hassle-free as possible, the day-to-day management of the asset, and the tenant is outsourced to trusted partners.
Property Moose uses local agents to tenant and manage successfully funded properties for the duration of the investment term. The cost of this is 10% (+VAT) of the monthly rental income. It is deducted from the rent before it is distributed to Crowd at the end of the quarter.
We will never ask you for more money to cover management costs, and you can view the projected income net of all expenses and fees in the Accounts section of each property. We do it this way so that you know exactly what you're getting for your money and there are no hidden charges.
