Last week, we spoke to Ian, a 41-year-old Property Moose investor. Ian works as a Managing Director in Rotherham.
How have you found your experience investing with Property Moose?
Generally, my experience has been very positive and very simple. The website works well and the investment process is quick and easy. The information given is concise and clear, so decisions are easy to make. I’ve found myself investing more than I originally thought I would, so that must be a good sign!
What drew you to Property Moose and what are you hoping to achieve with your investments?
Property Moose has proven to be a hassle free way of investing relatively small amounts in property. In addition, the ability to spread the risk across multiple sites and types of properties appealed to me.
What attracted you to PMF A / our loan note product?
I liked the idea of diversifying my portfolio with a mixture of products. Other appeals included the fixed return, the decent interest rate in exchange for a minimal risk and the ability to help the platform offer more properties.
