We specify the term of the investment on each property opportunity. The terms range from 1 to 5 years but most of our investment periods are between 2 and 5 years. Our Property Team decides the length of the period based on regional growth forecasts and return on investment predictions. Taking advantage of the different time scales may reduce the susceptibility of your portfolio to negative market fluctuations and is another way to diversify your investments.
At the end of the investment term, investors will vote upon the exit strategy, which can involve retaining your shares, selling the property to the crowd or listing the property for sale on the open market. All net proceeds from the sale will be distributed to those exiting the investment.
