There are two main reasons why I invest with Property Moose. I’ve had buy-to-let properties before in the UK and overseas and was put off by the regular management of the properties; dealing with agents, tenants, maintenance etc.
I understand the importance of investing and the benefits of doing so through property but I don’t want the responsibilities involved with being a landlord.
The second reason I chose to invest through Property Moose was that I want to build a pot of money for my children to buy their own property in the future and I especially wanted that fund to be linked in the UK property market; when the property market goes up, so does the investment.
