Just a quick update from the Investment Team! We have had a lot of queries recently regarding the dashboard area of the site and you will be happy to know that we have taken your suggestions into account. This section of the website is currently undergoing a complete overhaul by the Tech Team. So please, if you have any other recommendations, get in touch!
One fantastic addition so far is the introduction of monthly rental statements. As I’m sure you are aware, we aim to be as transparent as possible and understand it is important for our investors to understand exactly how we determine your returns every month, and now you can see the calculations for yourself.
If you login and visit the “My Documents” section of your Profile, you can now download the rental statements for each SPV and each month that is it rented. These statements are uploaded on the same day that rent is paid, the last Friday of the Month.
Due to the development of the dashboard this feature is only going to improve as we develop a fully integrated digital solution. We expect to have this finished in the next 8-10 weeks and it will sit within your dashboard, providing you with much greater insight, such as the details of any maintenance costs.
