Looking to sell your property?

What we look for

We will consider any property or development opportunity across the country but look for the following in each investment:

• Deliverability - We put significant resource into the due diligence process to allow us to move quickly and definitively. We also expect this from our sellers and want to work with people who want to sell and not just test the water.
• Capital Growth - All the properties we acquire must be in areas that have the potential to offer strong capital growth.
• Market Value - We will not consider properties being offered at above the value attributed to the property by our independent valuation.
• Rental Yield - We will only consider properties offering a minimum of a 5% rental yield per annum. The majority of properties we acquire offer a far greater yield and this is one of the primary areas we consider.
