Andrew is a qualified solicitor specialising in private equity and M&A having worked at a top tier London practice. He worked on the original “FC Utd” stadium crowdfunding, assisting with designing and implementing the legal structure for the transaction, and has been involved with the crowdfunding sector ever since. A driven entrepreneur, Andrew set up his own business at university allowing him to subsequently establish, and grow, a successful property investment company. Andrew brings his drive and professional project management skills to the team to ensure that Property Moose, and each of its investments, are a success.

Paul manages the IT and technology infrastructure of Property Moose. Paul started his first business in the early 90’s when he invested in a 2 acre housing development site, with the houses being built and successfully sold in a 2 year period. At that time he set up a management consultancy business that still, today, project manages multi million pound local council and housing association regenerations schemes. In early 2008, Paul diversified his business when the need for a robust CMS was required that he could use to streamline his existing businesses, he eventually purchased the company and, for the last 5 years, has been developing software and creating websites.

James, a great grandchild of the founder of the Cadbury chocolate, holds various Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment qualifications having worked for multi-national investment banks, and more recently an asset manager specialising in pensions. James also holds a Masters in Commercial Property, a Degree in Marketing and has invested in various properties, building an enviable and successful portfolio. James covers all Property Moose’s operational aspects, as well as bringing his investment experience and property knowledge to the team.
