If the funds were sent three days after the bank wire reference was created, the transfer will be marked as 'Timed out' in our system. As a result, the payment will be labelled as 'Cancelled' in your account.
A bank wire transaction may also be labelled as 'Cancelled' if an incorrect payment reference was used or if the amount sent differed to the amount initially specified.
If you have sent the funds, then we will reconcile it as soon as we have identified them, and change the 'Cancelled' payment to 'Successful.' Your payment will then be reflected in your account.
