Limited Company Product Launch - Marketing Strategy and Implementation
Background
Property Moose was founded in 2013 by Andrew Gardiner, who was then joined by Paul Miller and James Cadbury as co-founders.
At that time, there were no other online platforms in the UK offering a fully integrated crowdfunding experience in the property space, and the team wanted to establish a fully regulated, scalable platform, whilst at the same time creating a new asset class.
Soon after we launched a minimum bible product in early 2014 we launched the first scalable and online platform in September 2014, we saw rapid growth in members and pipeline of property and it was soon time to raise further funds to cover recruitment and marketing costs. We were backed by a Venture Capital fund and look to go from strength to strength was we grow the business nationally and internationally in 2015.
We allow organisations and investors the opportunity to invest in buy-to-let property from £500.
Requirement
Property Moose is launching a targeted and specific product aimed solely at SME’s, Entrepreneurs, Contractors and Medical professionals who all have surplus cash in Limited Liability Company’s.
